Gametime Entry

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or applicable legal drinking age in the resident’s province. Employees of the sponsor, their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this contest.

2. Entry period: 1 Anytime Entry can be entered at any time through the 2022/2023 NHL playoffs until close date. 1 Gametime Entry can be entered during games, one hour before puck drop and 2 hours after the final whistle. Any Additional or invalid entry’s will be deleted. Contest will end the day before any “Oilers Playoff Clinching Game” at Midnight.  

3. Prize: The prize for the giveaway contest is a 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 or $2500 cash, $2000 Spa Package at European Spa and a $1,500 Golf Package. any question please let us know we are happy to help.

4. Winner selection: The winner of the giveaway contest will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be called immediately from the draw the night of the potential win, 3-point verification (ID, Phone Number, Email) will be needed within 1 week after the final game meeting anywhere in Edmonton. The Draw will take place at either Home & Away or Cook County, depending on the situation. Requirement for prize, proof needs to be provided, and all necessary paperwork will be signed, pictures of the transfer to be posted on social media. 

5. Claiming the prize: The winner must respond within seven days of being notified in order to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. All attempts will be made on our end to contact the winner

6. Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and liabilities (including settlements), arising out of or relating to their participation in the contest and/or acceptance or use/misuse of any prize.

7. Privacy: The sponsor will collect and use personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and Personal information collected from entrants will be subject to the sponsor’s but can be used to contact participants from sponsors or venues, but your information will not be shared or sold to a 3^rd party. if you are unhappy with any messages we send, send “unfollow” or “stop” to whoever is that point of contact. 

8. General conditions: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the entry process, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
