Below are a few different options for marketing depending on what fits your needs the best. 

Growing Your Customer Base

To start, I wanted to share some of the methods we use to grow new customer bases for businesses, and some tips that you can feel free to use.

Facebook Pixel & Advertising

It looks like you already have a Facebook Pixel installed on your website! This is fantastic because with a pixel you can track the effectiveness of your Facebook ads in real-time, allowing you to allocate your budget more effectively.

With a pixel you can retarget users who have shown interest in your offerings, increasing conversion rates and use Facebook’s algorithms to automatically deliver ads to users most likely to convert, improving campaign performance.

The main idea of this is that you can use your current and future information to target the people who are most likely to book with you! This means less money wasted on showing ads to people who probably wouldn’t book anyway.  


Google Tag & Advertising

My rule of thumb when running ads is that it’s never Clicks, Impressions or Likes that pay the bills. Is always Sales and Conversions. 

One beautiful thing that Google does is only target people who are actively searching for someone that provides your services and only charges you once they click on your website.

One very important thing when it comes to Google Ads is having a well-done landing page that sells the client that you are the right choice for their needs, and has a call to action to book right away. Without this, a lot of the money you can spend on Google Ads goes wasted because there is nothing stopping the client from booking elsewhere. 

Social Media Management

Social Media Management is an investment. It starts slow and grows into a powerhouse that puts you on every one of your follower’s timelines when you post. With social media management, we aim to stay consistent with posting and aim to make ~40 posts per month including stories. 
A lot of these posts are about adding value to who you are as a realtor and what you can provide over your competition in Edmonton. It doesn’t even have to be value-wise that “Sunny will always get the best deal,” but it can show off your drive, knowledge, and brand and make others want to work with you!


Landing Page / Web Design

It looks like you already have a domain for your site, fantastic! 
I know a lot of realtors use a more generic style website that normally they would get through the brokerage or quick realtor website developer. If you were looking at having something unique, that drives sales and information to your clients, and you can keep forever with unlimited updates, we can build you your own!

Websites are often the first introduction to meeting your potential client. If it looks the same as every other realtor or has no motivation for the client to submit an inquiry, it’s not working to its full potential of putting you ahead of the competition.

Month One

Focus On Facebook And Google Ads, With The Intent To Show Off  Brand And Product.

Goal is to build name and customer trust, and of course narrow down the start of our Customer Basis


Month Two

Continue to Grow a Baseline customer base through Facebook and Google Ads.

Start Doing simple remarketing campaigns to target guests that know the brand, but made purchases through the website yet.

Continue working on the website SEO to be able to have more natural clicks from people looking for your company.


Month Three

Use Facebook/Google ads to continue finding new customers that have not tried your brand while still marketing to your current market base for steady sales.

At this point, it becomes a combination of balancing a steady stream of people already familiar with your brand while still growing your customer base.
