Growing Your Customer Base

To start, I wanted to share some of the methods we use to grow new customer bases for businesses, and some tips that you can feel free to use.

Facebook Pixel Tracking

A Facebook pixel is a tracking code that can be placed on a website to collect data on user behaviour. It provides valuable insights into website traffic, allowing businesses to optimize their Facebook ad campaigns and target the right audiences.

This means that businesses can target individuals who have already shown an interest in their products or services, resulting in higher conversion rates and lower ad spend.

Using A Pixel For Ads

My rule of thumb when running ads is that it’s never Clicks, Impressions or Likes that pay the bills. Is always Sales and Conversions. 

When you combine the Pixel on your website, with Facebook/Instagram ads, it can allow you to show your ads to people that are more likely to take action on your website. 

The idea is you can stop wasting money on people that are not likely to make a sale with you.

Google AdWords

Google Ads can be an effective tool for finding new clients. Using targeted keywords and demographics, Google Ads can put the builder’s brand in front of potential clients actively searching for new homes or investments. 

Additionally, by using remarketing campaigns, Google Ads can target individuals who have previously visited the builder’s website, further increasing the likelihood of converting them into new clients.

By utilizing Google Ads, you can expand your reach and attract new clients who may have otherwise never known about their services.

Search Engine Optimization

Investing in SEO can help you increase your website’s visibility and attract more potential customers to your business.

Optimizing your website for search engines can improve your search engine rankings and drive more organic traffic to your site, leading to more leads, sales, and revenue for your business.

With its long-term benefits and potential for significant ROI, SEO is a wise investment for any business looking to grow its online presence and compete in today’s digital landscape.

Looking at your guy’s social media, you’re doing a fantastic job and going in the right direction! You have beautifully designed posts and a consistent theme throughout the whole page.

Our Process For Building Client Bases


Month One

The first month is all about Data Collection. It helps narrow down your customer base to start showing ads to the right people, and what ads will preform best to get started. 

Trying to narrow down a higher quality lead takes time and a lot of testing. The first month is often slow, but proper data collection helps make advancements in future campaigns.


Month Two

Continue to Grow a Baseline customer base through Facebook and Google Ads.

Start Doing simple re-marketing campaigns to target guests that know the brand and have visited the website, but haven’t pulled the trigger on a purchase or inquiry. 

Continue working on the website SEO to be able to have more natural clicks from people looking for your company.


Month Three

Use Facebook/Google ads to continue finding new customers that have not tried your brand while still marketing to your current market base for steady sales.

At this point, it becomes a combination of balancing a steady stream of people already familiar with your brand while still growing your customer base.

Facebook helps search for people that may not be in the market yet, or in the market, but not sure what to do, while google will provide somebody actively searching for a Home Builder to do business with.

The company lives by the no contracts rule. We feel like we should earn your business month to month and provide the best service we can day-in, and day-out. The first month however, is a lot of data collection. It’s slow, and patient. But the outcomes of proper data collection are enormous.
